Take print with the help of a printer on acetate film. Then create a stencil. The printer will choose a mash screen according to the fabric’s design and structure, then give the mash screen a coating of light emulsion. It will get hard when the process is done under the light.

 You must use the skill of a printer to design every stencil. Leave the Screen for a fixed time. The area of the fabric without design will get hard, and The Screen should be dried, and the printer will make essential corrections. Now your stencil is ready to use.

Put the T-shirt flat on the printing board, and then place the Screen on the printing press, over the T-shirt. Now lower your Screen down on the printed board and pour the ink from the top end of the Screen. Use a squeegee to spread the ink to all sides of the Screen. Then repeat this process once again. Then pass your T-shirt through the dryer. Finally, you will wash and check your T-shirt to remove surplus ink. And now your T-shirt is ready to use.
